Editorial Roles & Standards

How the LetsTG directory is curated. Below are the editorial roles that review group submissions, validate external links, write the guides on this site, and respond to user reports. We list roles and responsibilities rather than individual names; for any editorial inquiry, contact the editorial mailbox below.

Discovery & Quality

Sets the acceptance criteria used to add or reject directory submissions, owns the rubric for activity / member-to-message ratio thresholds, and writes the pillar guides on this site. Coordinates the weekly link-health re-validation pass.

Crypto & Web3

Reviews crypto-tagged listings before they go live, with explicit attention to scam-pattern detection (DM signal pitches, guaranteed-return claims) and disclosure expectations. Maintains the red-flag dictionary used by the moderation queue.

Community & Reports

Handles inbound user feedback, dead-link reports, and category disputes. Triages reports within 48 hours and escalates trust-and-safety issues to the relevant role above.

Editorial Standards

Every group and channel listed on LetsTG is verified by our editorial team for accessibility and language metadata. We do not accept paid placements in the rankings. User reports of broken or harmful links are reviewed within 48 hours. Statistics on this site are sourced from public Telegram API data and our own crawler — see the methodology section for details.
